ISEAR

Integrated System for Encouragment of Arm Rehabilitation (ISEAR) is a project that researches different motivational strategies for upper limb rehabilitation after stroke which can be embedded in a medical product. We hope to enable faster recovery by integrating exercises in patients everyday life. The product will be tested both through design methods and in a clinical study in a rehabilitation clinic. ISEAR research originates in a BA project Arm Coach by Bauer and Meier. The products are produced and sold by the yBand Therapy startup.
