Digitally crafted body extension to inspire self-expression
We go through plenty of emotional roller coasters throughout our lives, but often allow little of this to be seen by the outside world. During my research and design process, the participants of my project reflected on their current state of mind and shared their emotions with me. The feelings brought up were channeled into creations, body extensions that were crafted by the participants themselves. After these sessions, guided by the personal stories, «exprimere», a digitally crafted collection of body extensions were born. The modular elements created with a 3D pen, can be freely combined, allowing people to find inspiration to express themselves.
