Phono-Luminous Paper
IAD research on show in Cologne and Jönköping
Phono-Luminous Paper, an interactive smart material developed at IAD by team member and alumni Luke Franzke, will be on display in Cologne, Germany in October and in Jönköping, Sweden in November. This novel, thin film material produces light and sound in response to touch.
The material was produced in as a part of a series of experimental demonstrations exploring the topic of light and ephemeral materials as a part of a master thesis in Interaction Design, together with the Enactive Environments lab at IAD.
