Annemarie Bucher

Annemarie Bucher (Dr. sc. ETH, lic. phil. I) is a senior lecturer BA Arts and Media at Zürich University of the arts and at MA Landscape Architecture at ETH-Z. She co-runs the research venture FOA-FLUX (foa-flux.net). Furthermore she works as a freelance researcher, curator, lecturer and as a consultant (for transdisciplinary and transcultural projects, garden history, cultural landscape and urban development). She is the author of several books and articles on art, gardening, cultural theory, landscape, and theory. She has curated several exhibitions in the field of arts and cultural studies.

She is especially engaged with the interconnections of art, nature and the environment, the history of landscapes, urban gardening, plants and migration. She studied art history, ethnology and philosophy at the University of Zurich and landscape architecture at ETH Zurich.

Tuan Mami

Lives and works in Hanoi.
Mami is an interdisciplinary-experimental artist, working with site-specific installation, video, performance and conceptual art, who constantly explores new mediums, means and methods of evolving with reflective questioning, and social research.

His focus deals with questions about life, social interactions between people, and people with their environment, to re-construct situations into ones that engage people or objects from particular reality to enter and involve together in a social process.

Mami has held number of solo exhibitions such as: “Protest Against the Void”, Defibrillator Gallery, Chicago, 2013; “24Hours Tension”, PØST, Los Angeles, 2013; “In a Breath-Nothing Stands Still” project in Art Rotterdam 2016; The Factory Art Space, Hochiminh 2018; Teratotera, Tokyo 2018...
