Alumni Seminar 2021

20 Years Interaction Design!

The Alumni Seminar takes place on Thursday 9 December 2021, 16:00 – 20:00!

This year IAD also celebrates its 20th anniversary! Founded in 2001 by Prof. Dr. Gerhard M. Buurman, IAD and its team have evolved together with its alumni and students in manifold directions that no one could really have foreseen. This anniversary really marks an important moment, from which IAD will evolve further into truly novel as well as uncanny territories.

On this occasion a special Alumni Seminar will be held - the largest to date - to reflect on the past years and think about the future paths.

Over 20 alumni from each year will talk about their unique way after graduation. It is a platform to meet old contacts and study friends and to hear where they have been headed, inspiring students, alumni and future students alike.

➡️ For the general public, the Alumni Seminar will be held online as we have limited places. Please register here for the webinar.

➡️ Alumni, students and potential future students we warmly invite you for an on-site event at Toni-Areal, ZHdK! We are excited to host you at the event. Unfortunately, the evening program as well as the apéro are cancelled due to the epidemiological development.

‼️ Please note that the on-site event is exclusive to alumni, students and potential students! Admission to the auditorium only with registration, as seats are limited.
We require a valid Covid certificate. Masks are mandatory in all ZHdK buildings.

✉️ Alumni please register via the personal invitation email. For potential students, please contact Marcial Koch.

Please don't hesitate to contact Marcial Koch or Duy Bui for inquiries.

See you on Thursday 9 December!
