Movement of the body has many direct and indirect positive impacts on a person’s health. Accordingly, it is important to be aware of the pitfalls of being physically inactive and to make small changes to one’s daily routine, to adopt a lifestyle which is less sedentary.
To tackle this issue, this project explores different possibilities of encouraging regular movement through various exercise prompts and therefore nudging people to take the necessary steps to lead a healthier lifestyle.
