Our food system is changing. But what does sustainable food look like? The project «Alp dente!» invites visitors though a tasteful exhibition to enter into an exchange with others and to seek their own approach to the topic. For this, visitors travel to the year 2041, where they are introduced to an association that has been dealing with issues of food security and enjoyment for 18 years already. At that time, its members have had enough of the feeling of powerlessness in view of the size of the problem and decided to set something - anything - in motion together. Now, they exhibit four projects from the association’s history to show what is possible as a community and to invite visitors to participate.
