Stress is an individually felt emotion that cannot and should not be eliminated by a product. In our process, we discovered that many people use the same coping mechanisms to deal with stress. We concluded that resilience, the ability to cope with stress, can be built and strengthened through storytelling and listening. The intimate stories of stress and vulnerability that we have collected and made taboos of sharing vulnerability. In addition, we aim to stimulate a conversation that questions the commercialization and commodification of emotions.
