Founded in 2001 by Prof. Dr. Gerhard M. Buurman, IAD and its team evolved in manifold directions alongside its alumni and students—paths that no one could have fully foreseen. This milestone marked an important moment from which IAD continues to progress into truly novel and even uncanny territories.
To commemorate the occasion, the largest Alumni Seminar to date was held to reflect on the past years and contemplate future paths. Over 20 alumni from each graduating year shared their unique journeys after graduation. The event served as a platform to reconnect with old contacts and study friends, and to hear about their experiences, inspiring students, alumni, and prospective students alike.
